What to Expect at
Your First Appointment

All patients of Southern Maine Hearing are always treated like family, and you will always be greeted with a warm smile when you step into our office.

1. We’ll begin with a consultation to hear your story, your history, and your current concerns.

2. We’ll then perform an ear exam to assess the condition and health of your ear canal and eardrum.

3. We will conduct a comprehensive hearing test to determine the exact degree of your hearing loss.

4. We’ll share the results and discuss recommended options and next steps.

Southern Maine Hearing is a preferred hearing care provider for the NFL Players Association Professional Athletes Foundation. Through this partnership, the PAF aims to bring better hearing to former professional athletes and their fans across the nation.
